Beagle/basset hound hybrid dog in Indianapolis, Indiana

I have beautiful dog needing to rehome his name is fred he is not neutered . But we recently moved into a new apartment and dont got the room for him or a yard anymore for him to play in. Great well tempered dog we have him around my 2 year old that treats him like a pony and my autistic 4 year old daughter and he handles everything those kids do to him and loves them. I would prefer for him to go with someone who has children and for sure a back yard the fee is to ensure a good home he will come with his collar, leash, food, toys, and bed. Please have knowledge on both breeds.
